Quantitative Vermicelli Extruder

 In August 2013, the quantitative vermicelli mold die head and quantitative vermicelli extruder which was invented by Mr. Chen Junjian, the general manager, senior engineer of our company, had the honour to get the certificate of invention patent issued by SIPO(State Intellectual Property Office).
To deal with a range of issues like excessive expenditure and manpower, unconvenience for cleaning and adjustment, low work efficiency etc, Mr. Cen invented a new quantitative vermicelli mold die head and quantitative vermicelli extruder with its construction much more simpler and its extruding output adjustable while the machine is still running.
The multi-line vermicelli extruding output of this new kind extruder is adjustable. When the dough(material)is extruded into the extruder by the screw, it goes into the upper cavity of different die head and then be separated into lines by the mold die. The entering amount of dough can be adjusted, therefore the extruding output of every line of vermicelli can be adjusted accordingly. Such kind of extruder is unprecedented. This new kind of extruder composes frame, variable drive with inverter, bearing block, extruding screw, cylinder, mold die head, multi dough feeding quantity control device, extruding mold and die head etc. Among them the key components are extruding head and multi(can be 4, 6, 8 according to the capacity) dough feeding quantity control device. It is the first machine to control the extruding speed of multi-line vermicelli to achieve the same extruding output of every line. This means we are getting more closer to acheive automatic vermicelli production.
